“I wanted to share with you how impressed my family was with the professionalism of all your employees at Creative Design who contributed to the recent renovation of our Master Bathroom.
You’ll be happy to know that the Creative Design staff reflects the quality standards and dedication we’ve come to expect from the Creative Design brand. From the office staff who called to schedule work times and check if everything was ok, to the people who were at our house working, to those whose job it was to clean up for the day; they all deserve special thanks for making our experience a pleasurable one.
We also want to make a special mention regarding one of your employees in particular, who we feel went above and beyond to assist us and remain comfortable during this process. Our Lead Carpenter made sure that we knew what was going on at every phase of construction, and he also worked hard to ensure our home was just the way we left it when my family came home at night. Leaving our home every morning, knowing that he was there, was a godsend.
As you know, a renovation project can be a trying time for any household, however our Lead Carpenter and the Creative Design staff did everything to ensure that the inconveniences experienced were minimal and that the job was accomplished the right way and for that we are grateful.
So much so that we are already looking forward to our next Creative Design renovation project…a two-car garage!!!
