“We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a great experience we had working with Creative Design on our addition. When we first approached your company, we had already spent over $5,000.00 on an architect and we still were not completely satisfied with the plan. After our initial meeting with a remodeling consultant, we quickly realized that expenditure was completely unnecessary. Creative Design understood exactly what we were looking for and had the design and building knowledge to know what could be done and what would work for our project.
After the consultant drew the new plans, we got the room we were dreaming of. And they knew exactly how to build it. From the very beginning, we knew we had made the right decision. The Creative Design staff was knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and best of all dependable, timely and responsible. All the employees, including office staff, project managers and craftsmen were more than accommodating.
As everyone knows, major construction projects can be a bit intimidating. There are always obstacles along the way but with Creative Design on the project, those obstacles never amounted to anything but a positive experience for all involved. With Creative Design employees spending so much time at our home, they almost became part of the family. It became much too quiet when the project was completed and they all left. If we had it to do over again, we would not change a thing and you will be the first one we call on when we decide to do another construction project.
