“We would like to thank you and everyone associated with your company for the great experience we had remodeling our bathroom. From the initial meeting, to the final inspection, everything went as advertised. Our Project Manager was very helpful in coordinating all aspects of the work.
As I have told you in the past on other remodels you have done for us, the most important thing to us is honesty. We were very comfortable with every worker you sent to our house. They were all very helpful and polite. A lot of effort was taken to protect the parts of our home that were not being worked on. Every night before the crew left they cleaned up the entire work area and any part of the house they had to walk through.
I would like to give special thanks to our lead carpenter on the job. He was a true professional. He was very interested to make sure the job was done exactly the way we wanted. In the middle of the construction we went on a small vacation. We had no problem leaving our house key with him. I felt he was taking care of our home as if it were his own. He called me while we were away keeping us up-to-date on all progress.
I would also like to commend you on your choice of sub-contractors. Both the plumbing and tile contractors were wonderful. They showed the same professionalism as your workers.
