Dear Creative Design,
We hired Creative Design to do our basement which was completely unfinished, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to do with the space design wise and just needed a company to make this vision a reality. James Borenius went beyond making our vision a reality, giving us a space beyond our dreams. Every idea was expanded upon and made even better, nothing was “not-doable” and when the barn doors I wanted were not in the budget he came up with an alternative, I had not thought of, which was just as beautiful. Jorge Alarcon was our lead carpenter and he also did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with everyday. They were an awesome team!
Also, we had very good experiences with everyone else that Creative Design brought in to do other work from electrical to flooring, etc,. Seems like Glen Lumia (the owner) hires only the best people to work with him. I am highly recommending Creative Design and James Borenius to my best friends and family. This is a contractor I would trust with any project and having that peace of mind is very important, especially when you hear so many horror stories about dealing with contractors.
