June 1, 2013 -Continuing to set new standards of professionalism, 78 remodeling companies from across the United States were named winners at the 2013 Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence. The entries were judged on overall design, the creative use of space and materials, and the degree to which the project enhanced the original structure
Creative Design Construction, Inc. placed nationally in the Basement Remodeling category for an exquisite design. They had a blank canvas to work with in designing the basement renovation for their clients. The homeowner had an unfinished and underused space that they wanted to convert into a “man cave” and provide additional living space for the family. The design incorporated a comfortable and welcoming place in which to spend precious family time together
They are now able to sit and unwind, watch a movie, enjoy a game of pool, burn calories on a treadmill, relax in a steam shower, or select a nice bottle of wine from the wine cooler that holds over 900 bottles. You can simply pull up a stool at the bar and let your senses run wild!
“The space creates the perfect hideaway for everyone in the family and our clients were thrilled with the finished design,” says Glen Lumia, President of Creative
Design Construction, Inc.
“This was the first year they have entered the awards, and to take home top honors on the first attempt is impressive,” says Ken Kanline, Director of the Awards.
The Chrysalis Awards program, begun in 1994, recognizes the nation’s best work in sixteen general categories of residential and commercial remodeling. The Chrysalis Awards are open to any professional remodeler and design professional in the United States
